Our client is looking for a data‐driven Paid Search Specialist with 1–3 years' experience to manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.

* Location: Hybrid (2 days WFH) - Brisbane office
Responsibilities
You will plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, conduct keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting. You'll monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, analyse data to produce actionable reports, conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures, manage budgets effectively with forecasting, and collaborate closely with SEO, content, and wider marketing teams. You will also stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
* Hands‐on experience in PPC / Paid Search (1–3 years)
* Strong experience with Google Ads (Search essential, Display/YouTube optional)
* Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads (desirable)
* Solid understanding of keyword strategy and campaign structure
* Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4)
* Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into actions
* Experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
