Role Overview
The role of a Customer Field Technician involves delivering exceptional customer service in various field-based tasks across nbn technologies.
* Cable installation, including copper and fibre jointing, jumpering, and splicing.
* Installation of nbn equipment at customer premises.
* Diagnostic and repair services for nbn cabling networks and customer equipment.
* Performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on telecommunications infrastructure.
* Ensuring seamless communication with customers to resolve their issues efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate records of completed work and reporting any discrepancies or challenges faced.
This position operates between 7am to 7pm based on business requirements.
* Valid and current driving licence.
