**Financial Analysis and Business Partnership**

We seek a seasoned Senior Accountant/Business Partner to provide financial insights and strategic guidance to our finance team.

This senior-level role involves playing a key part in supporting business decisions and driving the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

* Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Provide financial input and analysis to support decision-making across the division.
* Compile financial reports for management, highlighting trends and variances.
* Track project costs (Work in Progress) and departmental expenses.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Develop and manage divisional budgets, including forecasting revenues and expenses.
* Create and maintain financial models for evaluating business decisions.
* Assist with internal and external audits, providing required documentation.
* Manage a small team handling transactional finance activities.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand budget/reporting needs.
* Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.
* Drive the automation of financial processes and reporting tools.
* Review and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
* Contribute to ad hoc improvement projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. CPA or CA qualifications are highly desirable.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in a senior accounting or financial analysis role.
* Advanced Excel skills are essential.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software and financial systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with teams across the business.
* Demonstrated experience in multitasking and prioritizing work effectively.
* Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
