As a Live UCAT Mock Invigilator, you'll ensure our mocks run seamlessly, from set-up to student debrief. You'll play a key role in the medical entry journey of students and their families, providing professionalism, empathy, and support while creating a testing environment that mirrors the real UCAT.

The Role As a Live UCAT Mock Invigilator, you'll run mocks smoothly and on time: setting up the centre, guiding students through the process, and representing Contour with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
* Set-Up & Pack-Up – Prepare and pack down all testing centre spaces with the equipment and layout needed to accurately simulate the UCAT.
* Exam Delivery – Manage the full exam process: check-in and attendance, technical troubleshooting, professional invigilation, and timely conclusion with results provided.
* Student Debriefs – Speak with students after their exam, showing empathy and professionalism, while addressing feedback and engaging confidently with parents.
Expected Work Hours & Availability
* Around 15-20 hours per week during school holiday periods.
* Around 8 hours per week during all other periods from November to August.
* Our mock exams are typically scheduled on Saturday and/or Sunday to maximise student attendance. A minimum of 5 hours of consistent weekend availability is required for this role.
Compensation $25/hour + Super

Experience Requirements Mandatory: Completed the UCAT. Ideal: Completed VCE, HSC, QCE, SACE or WACE, Studying (or planning to study) Medicine, Prior leadership, tutoring or mentoring experience
Personal Requirements Passionate, and Engaged, Genuine Desire to Help Students & Parents, Ability to Commit to Hours, Travel to our Live UCAT Testing Centres, Sign an NDA, Agree to a non-compete clause
