Broker Development Manager – Non-Bank Lender (NSW)

A fast-growing non-bank lender is transforming the way Australians buy and sell property. With a strong reputation for being agile, digital-first, and relationship-focused, the business is expanding its NSW team and creating two exciting opportunities for experienced and aspiring Business Development Managers.

Partnering with Australia's leading broker and aggregator networks, this lender is recognised for providing tailored, flexible lending solutions, fast approvals, and a streamlined digital process. You'll be joining a business that values innovation, collaboration, and customer experience – offering brokers and clients smarter, faster pathways to property finance.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in driving broker engagement, activation, and new business growth across NSW. Working closely with established broker networks, you'll manage relationships, educate on product offerings, and build long-term partnerships that deliver results.

Two roles are available:


•
Desk-Based BDM
– ideal for those who enjoy structured, high-volume engagement


•
On-the-Road BDM
– suited to relationship builders who thrive on face-to-face connections

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and grow a portfolio of broker partners, providing exceptional service and proactive support


• Engage, educate, and activate brokers to increase product utilisation and deal flow


• Strengthen relationships with broker networks and identify new business opportunities


• Own and retain broker accounts you successfully bring on


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless broker experience


• Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance

Requirements


• Experience as a BDM, Broker, or Relationship Manager within mortgages, lending, or financial services


• Strong understanding of the broker and aggregator landscape


• Commercially minded, proactive, and relationship-focused


• Confident managing a busy portfolio in a fast-paced environment

* Desk-Based BDM:
$80K–$95K + Super
* On-the-Road BDM:
$100K–$140K (depending on experience) + Super + Car Allowance
