Overview
ORS Group Maitland, New South Wales, Australia is seeking a Provisional Psychologist to join our Psychology team. You will be joining a national team of 200+ Psychologists working across service pathways including the NDIS and the private sector. You will have opportunities to develop your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team and an organisation that values growth, passion and skills.
You will provide psychological practice using evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT and DBT. ORS offers a full range of psychological assessments (mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD). Training to develop skills in administering assessments is available for applicable clients. Experience in cognitive and autism assessments is valued, as is endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology or Educational and Developmental Psychology.
If you are starting your psychology career, ORS supports the 5+1 pathway and registrar programs, with AHPRA Board-approved Supervisors on staff to guide you to achieve clinical competencies. If you are mid-to-late career, your experience is highly valued.
You may work in our clinic with a multidisciplinary team or across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs and schools within your community.

A Few Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
- For Registrar Program: ability to become registered with AHPRA in a Registrar program (e.g., clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology)
- For endorsed positions: registration with AHPRA with endorsement in clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one before commencement
