About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with leading experts, project managers, technical specialists, and clients to develop and manage project schedules and delay disputes across a variety of industries. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, as well as working on supporting claims, dispute resolution, and adjudications.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Asta Powerproject.
* Consult with project managers, technical experts, and clients to plan assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
* Coordinate project timelines across internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Monitor project milestones, proactively identify potential schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Support claims and dispute analysis by producing clear and detailed project scheduling reports.
* Manage schedule updates and variations, and ensure timely communication of changes.
* Facilitate early identification and resolution of scheduling issues impacting project delivery.
* Maintain accurate documentation of scheduling processes and project records.

Skills and Experience

* 3–6+ years experience in project planning, scheduling, or programming within the construction industry.
* Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
* Familiarity with Asta Powerproject highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of construction standards, methodologies, and project lifecycles.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise competing demands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

* Experience with claims and delay analysis.
* Knowledge of Earned Value principles
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI.
* Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-SP are desirable.
* Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or other relevant disciplines.
