What you'll be doing
To provide management and clinical leadership to the team / unit and ensure the provision of appropriate, well planned and coordinated services to clients that reflect current standards of nursing practices and Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
Do you hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and have proven operational and clinical management knowledge and skills that demonstrate an ability to support and coordinate the ward activities in the care of patients. You will need proven ability to ensure the human; physical and financial resources of the ward are managed to deliver safe and efficient health care within available resources.
