They are now hiring an experienced Contracts Administrator Senior Contracts Administrator (x2 roles) due to growth.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and Residential Construction industries on projects between $20m - $100m+ Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.

Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 5-10 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $100m+ Your Rewards: Attractive salary package $130K - $170K+ super dependant on experience.
