About the Fleet Manager Role
The Fleet Manager is accountable for proactively managing and reviewing a portfolio of customers to maximise business renewal and organic growth opportunities.
* Manage customer relationships and deliver professional fleet management services by capturing all potential business opportunities.
* Cultivate client loyalty while ensuring margin maximisation through proactive fleet management strategies.
* Support Relationship Managers in identifying cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services to existing clients.
* Regularly review a customer's fleet through effective reporting, identify exceptions, and address them promptly.
Key Responsibilities
In consultation with the Relationship Manager, the Fleet Manager will proactively manage the portfolio of customers, providing day-to-day support and being accountable for resolution, allocation, and follow-through on all client requests.
