Continuing Airworthiness Manager – Part 135 | Perth, WA | We are currently seeking an experienced Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM) to join a well-established aviation organisation operating a diverse fixed-wing fleet across regional and charter operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the ongoing airworthiness, compliance, and operational readiness of a Part 135 CAMO environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and approved maintenance organisations. About the Role Reporting to the Accountable Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and continuous improvement of continuing airworthiness activities across the fleet. This includes maintenance program development, regulatory compliance, reliability monitoring, and leadership of CAMO functions. You will play a critical role in ensuring aircraft remain safe, compliant, and operationally effective, while also driving improvements in systems, processes, and team capability. Key Responsibilities Lead continuing airworthiness management for a Part 135 fleet Develop, maintain, and improve Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMPs) Ensure compliance with CASR Part 42 and applicable aviation regulations Oversee maintenance planning, reliability programs, and AD compliance Manage relationships with approved Part 145 maintenance providers Ensure accurate technical records and airworthiness documentation Oversee airworthiness reviews and continuing validity of aircraft certification Support introduction of aircraft into service, including leasing and documentation requirements Lead, mentor, and develop CAMO technical staff Ensure effective reporting of maintenance-related occurrences to regulators and OEMs Maintain and update CAMO exposition and associated procedures About You You are an experienced aviation professional with strong CAMO and regulatory expertise, ideally with exposure to Part 135 operations. You bring a hands-on, leadership-driven approach and thrive in environments where safety, compliance, and operational performance are critical.
