About the Opportunity
In this role, you'll gain experience across all our outlets, including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers
* Providing detailed menu knowledge and explanation
* Taking orders
* Communicating with the kitchen
* Setting up and clearing tables
* Interacting with guests
What You'll Need
* Previous experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced food and beverage venue
* A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
* Current VIC RSA certificate
* Exceptional communication skills with a bright and friendly personality
* The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and team members
