Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand role needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies. They will also be expected to actively source talent through job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Additionally, they will coordinate and partner in interviews, compliance, and offer processes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internal or agency)
* Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a dynamic fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Creative and resourceful approach to sourcing top talent
* Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
* Familiarity with ATS/CMS systems
* Qualification in HR, business, or similar (not essential)
