We are Dynamic Floor Plans, a young and hungry floor plan business working with real estate agents and agencies. We measure, design and deliver premium floor plans that help agents win listings and sell with confidence. We are growing and we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the chase.
This is a casual role focused on generating new business. You will spend your time on the phone, in offices and online, starting conversations and turning them into paying clients.
What you will be doing
* Prospecting new clients by phone (cold and warm calling)
* Visiting real estate offices for face to face meetings
* Following up via email, DM and LinkedIn
* Building and managing a live sales pipeline
* Securing at least 2 new active clients per month
* Being the main point of contact for the clients you bring in
Approximate time split:
* 40% face to face and in office visits
* 20% email and online outreach
This is a hybrid role. You will mix time on the road visiting offices with time working from home or a shared space planning, calling and following up.
What we offer
* Casual role at $30 to $35 per hour depending on experience
* Commission on every new client you bring on
* Training on our product, process and ideal clients
* Mentoring and support to help you get up to speed
* Scripts, talking points and marketing material
* Once you are trained, the expectation is that you can run your own day with minimal supervision.
About you
* Minimum 3 years sales experience
* Experience managing and working a sales pipeline
* Comfortable with cold calling and face to face prospecting
* Own car and current driver licence
* Honest, reliable and direct
* Self driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision
* Confident reporting to a higher standard and being accountable for results
* Motivated by performance and the opportunity to grow your income
* If you need hand holding or constant checking in, this will not be the right fit.
Growth path
For the right person, this role can grow over the next 12 to 24 months into:
* Leading a small sales team of other prospectors
* A hybrid role opening new markets such as the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney and Melbourne
* Increased responsibility and earning potential as the business expands
