The Product Manager at RecordPoint is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. This role aligns all aspects of the business to ensure we"re building the right thing at the right time, building it well, and communicating value to the right people.

What you\'ll do

- Contribute to overall business planning activities
- Define and maintain your product vision and roadmap
- Maintain and prioritise your product delivery backlog
- Define, measure & report on success metrics for in-flight product initiatives
- Align success measures with overarching business goals
- Ensure telemetry and metrics are defined and built into every engineering deliverable
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build a balanced, value-driven roadmap
- Build a shared understanding of customer problems with engineering teams
- Articulate the value proposition for new products, features and enhancements with marketing, sales and professional services
- Validate and test new product initiatives for value, demand, usability and feasibility
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay current on marketplace
- Maintain product collateral for sales, field and support teams
- Facilitate product launch and nurture activities with the marketing team
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to represent the voice of the customer
- Represent the customer voice in planning activities
- Conduct backlog grooming and prioritisation with the engineering squad
- Conduct product discovery programs with customers to validate and test new products and features
- Maintain product packaging and pricing information

You\'ll be responsible for

- Developing and validating product initiatives that add value and solve real problems through continuous product discovery
- Leading and managing product initiatives from ideation through launch and beyond with cross-functional teams
- Being the voice of the customer through qualitative and quantitative analysis, market and competitive research
- Embedding yourself in the engineering squad to deliver innovative solutions
- Establishing and reporting on success measures aligned to product vision and business objectives
- Developing product packaging and commercial models that support revenue targets

What you\'ll bring

- Proven experience, minimum 3 years, in product management
- Technical background with experience in cloud-based software development
- Demonstrated success defining and launching products
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Open-minded, collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong cross-functional team management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
