Acting as the organisational hub for the Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in keeping priorities on track and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key responsibilities include: Providing proactive administrative support to the Leadership Team Managing complex diaries, travel, and meeting coordination Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy Coordinating internal meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers professionally and efficiently Supporting broader office operations and contributing to team initiatives Your Profile 3-5 years' experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities Professional, adaptable, and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to support others This is a great role for someone looking to build strong relationships, add real value, and grow within a professional services environment.
