Position Summary
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional, reporting into the Head of Sales and Progression for AIM Business School. You'll require a proven ability in qualifying leads, a passion for sales and a passion to support students on their path, to engage in training and development. You'll need a hunger and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and be able to adapt to an ever-changing, dynamic environment. You will work well on your own and enjoy contributing to the team’s success.
Key Tasks
- Action outbound calls, emails and SMS to leads generated by AIM to connect with potential students, wanting a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or MBA
- Determine eligibility by comparing client experience to qualification requirements.
- Become a trusted advisor, educating clients, answering questions and providing information.

About You
- 2+ years of outbound telesales experience (professional services sector preferred).
- Strong understanding of learning and development products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proactive, organised, and passionate about helping others grow.
