Your Team

You will join Hollard's Delivery function as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a major regulatory remediation program within Claims. The program spans hundreds of regulatory recommendations from multiple regulatory bodies, requiring coordinated delivery across Claims, Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, and external partners.

Working alongside the Claims Delivery Manager, you will engage daily with business stakeholders, regulatory functions, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure regulatory commitments are met on time, within scope, and to the standard required.

Your Role

You will be focusing on end‐to‐end delivery of regulatory commitments within Claims. Working alongside the Claims Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving regulatory recommendations through analysis, implementation, evidence, and assurance — maintaining traceability and governance discipline throughout. This role requires strong project management capability, deep stakeholder management across business, technology, and regulatory functions, and the ability to operate in a hybrid (agile and waterfall) delivery environment within a regulated context.

Your duties and responsibilities

* Coordinate the end‐to‐end delivery of regulatory recommendations, from initial analysis through implementation, testing, evidence, and assurance
* Maintain recommendation‐level traceability, mapping regulatory recommendations to controls, requirements, deliverables, and evidence
* Support the preparation of regulator‐facing artefacts, evidence packs, and assurance reporting
* Own day‐to‐day delivery activities including initiation, planning, execution, closure, and benefits tracking
* Proactively identify impediments and elevate to the Senior Project Manager with recommended mitigations
* Build trusted relationships with the Senior Project Manager, business owners, Product Owners, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit and external vendors
* Translate complex regulatory and technical content for diverse business audiences

About You

* Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, with proven delivery of regulatory or compliance programs
* Hands‐on experience managing recommendation‐level traceability, evidence management, and regulator‐facing deliverables
* Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Audit functions
* Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and stage gate governance
* Experience in general insurance, banking, superannuation or another regulated financial services environment is preferred
