About The Role
The Clinical Informatics Analyst bridges clinical practice with digital health technologies. You will support the safe, effective and user‑centred design, implementation and optimisation of clinical information systems across Barwon Health.
- Gather and analyse clinical requirements, supporting workflow design and validation
- Assist with system testing, change management and training initiatives
- Promote clinician engagement throughout the solution lifecycle
- Collaborate with clinicians, technology teams and project stakeholders to align digital solutions with workflows, regulatory requirements and organisational priorities
Qualifications & Experience
- Clinical experience in pharmacy or related healthcare profession
- Solid knowledge of healthcare workflows and business analysis
- Experience in digital health project delivery is desirable
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive approach to translating clinical needs into technology‑enabled improvements
