Overview
You'll love this role if you're used to juggling multiple files, chasing updates and keeping customers informed when timelines matter. Maybe you're working in property management or real estate admin, organising repairs, following up trades, updating tenants or owners and keeping records tight so nothing slips through the cracks. In this role, that same rhythm continues, but the work carries more responsibility because you're guiding customers after damage to their home. Most days involve managing several claims at once. You'll review documents, organise repairs, respond to customer calls and keep everything moving through structured workflows. Some customers will be calm. Others will be stressed because their home has been damaged. Staying organised, clear and steady matters just as much as empathy. With paid training and ongoing support, you grow your capability while helping our customers get back on track.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing multiple home claims at once through structured workflows and daily priorities
* Speaking with customers regularly, explaining next steps clearly when they may be stressed or uncertain
* Reviewing documents, quotes and reports to make fair decisions using policy and evidence
* Coordinating repairs, chasing trades and keeping timelines moving
* Keeping notes clear and accurate so claims remain compliant and easy to follow
* Switching between calls, emails and systems throughout the day while keeping work progressing
