About the Role:
This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of warehouse operations and managing the performance of your team. You will work closely with Operations Managers and Supervisors to ensure outstanding service to our customers while exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping a culture that promotes safety, performance, and a positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse KPIs to achieve consistent success.
2. Prioritise and enforce health and safety practices to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.
3. Collaborate with customer service, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth receipt and delivery processes.
4. Foster a fast-paced yet organised environment, driving performance and continuous improvement.
5. Mentor and develop your team, ensuring staff engagement and growth.
6. Provide ongoing performance feedback and support to build a high-performing team.
