About the Role
Full time position. Reporting into the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will use your clinical background to improve residents’ wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family.
* Train the next generation of carers and nurses.
* Oversee clinic operations, including stock, compliance and reporting.
* Develop and refine clinical care programs.
* Assist in the financial management of the home.
Qualifications
* Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
* At least 3 years in a nursing management role at ward level or above.
* Experience managing people and budgets.
* Background in aged care.
Additional Requirements
All shortlisted applicants must pass required background checks. During the influenza season, staff must provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination.
