Job Description
As our Quality & Testing Lead, your role is to assess our current maturity and design the Quality Strategy for the future. You will audit the existing testing capabilities, tools, and environments to understand "how things are done now" and identify where the risks lie.
Your mission is to design the Master Test Strategy for the program. You will define how we will test the migration of critical systems without disrupting operations. You will evaluate and select the future-state tooling (Automation frameworks, Performance Engineering, TDM) and design the Test Environment Strategy—figuring out how to simulate a busy terminal or a baggage handling system in a virtual environment so we can test before we deploy.
Qualifications
* Capability Assessment: Experience assessing the maturity of an organisation's testing function (TMMi or similar) and defining the roadmap to a high-performing Quality Engineering state.
* Strategy Definition: Proven ability to write the Master Test Strategy for large-scale migration or transformation programs, covering functional, non-functional, and operational testing.
* Environment Strategy: Experience designing complex Test Environment Management (TEM) strategies—defining how to virtualise or stub physical assets (e.g., Gates, Sensors) for software testing.
* Tooling Selection: Ability to evaluate the market and select the right automation, performance, and management tools for the future state.
* Migration Assurance: Experience designing the assurance approach for critical data and system migrations (Verification & Validation).
