Job Description
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the policies and procedures within the Education Division to ensure that the College meets its compliance obligations under various legislative frameworks as well as industry best practice with a view to reducing and managing risk across all areas of operation.

Selection Criteria
* Relevant qualifications or work experience in a similar role or sector (Compliance within the Higher Education sector).
* Demonstrated expertise in comprehending legislation and offering recommendations for policy and procedures to align with new or revised legislative requirements.
* Proficient in creating policies and procedures.
* Experience with overseeing compliance with the Privacy Act.
* Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software and student management system(s).
* Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external customers.
* Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high volume and deadline driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
* Demonstrated accuracy of work and attention to detail.
* Takes a proactive and problem-solving approach to issues
