Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management. Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department overseas. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to optimise financial performance and ensure alignment across regions. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and global reporting standards. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accreditation such as CPA or CA. Proven experience in financial management within the life science/healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
