About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of site operations across our machining and inspection services. You’ll be responsible for driving productivity, leading a skilled team, and delivering strong commercial outcomes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a high-performing, safety-focused culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across the facility Drive production output and achieve revenue targets Manage P&L for machining and inspection activities Lead, coach and develop a skilled team Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards Optimise equipment utilisation and operational efficiency Manage inventory, materials and workflow (WIP) Strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives Deliver training and uplift capability within the team
