About the Role
This is a permanent part time, onsite position based at the company's Head Office in Redland Bay. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance and administrative operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently and professionally.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll take ownership of bookkeeping functions, invoicing, customer administration, and general office coordination. Key responsibilities include:
* Accounts payable & receivable
* Xero bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting
* Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and statements
* Timesheet management and payroll support
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* Assisting with project administration and document control
* Email and diary management
* General admin support to the operations and leadership team
* Filing, data entry, and system maintenance
Skills & Experience
* Proven bookkeeping experience (Xero highly regarded)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
* Clear communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in construction or trades-based industries is desirable but not essential
