Permanent Full-Time Chance available working an average of 38 hours per week:
This on-site chance is primarily located in our West Perth clinic.
The successful candidate will have full availability to be rostered between the hours of:
9am - 7pm Monday to Thursday
9am - 5pm Friday
8.30am - 2.30pm Saturday (Ad hoc basis only)
The ability to attend our Joondalup location on an ad hoc basis would also be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Operational Administration & Clinic Duties:
Processing payments, managing patient data in our CRM and related systems, and reconciling daily takings. You will maintain accurate records for all transactions, prescriptions, and patient documentation, ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures, and handle reception duties, appointment scheduling, and general office tasks. You'll also manage stock, process orders, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
