We’re looking for a creative and culturally-connected social expert to join our editorial team.
You’ll be responsible for connecting our brands to online communities with social-first thinking, working on one of the world’s biggest tech brands to develop and execute their global gaming strategy on social.

About the role
We are looking for an ambitious creative thinker who is willing to throw themselves into the world of gaming to deliver industry-leading social content.
You’ll be helping to create and implement a gaming strategy for a global tech giant, as well as one or two accounts in the finance or FMCG industry, so you must be versatile and capable of helping any brand tell compelling stories through well-crafted content.
This role requires someone with the core qualities of creativity and strategic thinking. A person who understands the power of social ideas, and can use them to engage audiences while hitting business objectives.
Not only will you raise the bar of our editorial output within the agency, but you will be able to identify strategically supported opportunities to keep our content ahead of the competition.
You will understand the importance of social listening and tapping into cultural moments to ensure content stays fresh and relevant, keeping your brands at the cutting edge of social.
You will be well-versed on the latest content formats and be able to think innovatively about how best to use them to meet your clients’ business goals.
In return, you’ll have a crucial role in how activations are brought to life and help to set the agenda for how global brands see and invest in editorial creative.
What we want to see
1. Strong knowledge of online gaming communities (or willingness to learn about them)
2. A conceptual thinker with proven flair for ideas
3. The ability to think big, but also remember the small details too
4. Experience creating and executing effective content strategies
5. Experience in social and/or digital
6. Experience in-house or agency-side
7. A second-nature understanding of social platforms’ benefits, limitations and workarounds
8. Demonstrable experience turning insight into content and measuring the impact of your work
9. Experience of being a guardian of tone and quality
10. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to sell-in ideas to clients.
11. A keen interest in social media and appreciation of the rapidly changing social landscape
12. Knowledge of social media marketing and how to orchestrate the relationships between owned, earned and paid media
13. A team player who wants to push for team success, as well as personal growth.

15. Contribute to the strategic and creative direction of your clients’ social presence
16. Collaborate with other agency colleagues across the likes of client services, design and production
17. Oversee the day-to-day planning, creation and delivery of consistently brilliant branded content across social media channels
18. Create, evolve and own relationships with clients and other partner agencies and attending client-facing meetings as required
