Position: Permanent full-time Mathematics Teacher, commencing Term 3, 2026.

The Role
As a member of the Mathematics Learning Area you will:
* Teach Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) Mathematics (Applications and/or Methods) with a deep understanding of Explicit Instruction and effective pedagogy.
* Use data‐informed practices to monitor and enhance student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
* Maintain strong classroom management, communication skills and support students at educational risk (SAER) as well as extending high‐achieving students.
* Collaborate within a supportive faculty, share resources and ideas, and participate in whole‐school improvement initiatives.
* Support the development of clear learning pathways that assist progression from lower to senior school.
* Advocate a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Eligibility
* Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before commencing employment.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before commencing employment.
