Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in‐store customer journey and by collaborating with customers to identify the products and services that transform their telecommunications experience.
This role is central to ensuring that every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression, helping them make informed choices about technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Serve as the go‐to tech expert, staying up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services and offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Achieve and excel by using consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
