We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team at our residential home in Newcastle. As a caregiver, you will provide high-quality essential care, personal assistance, and companionship to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
About the Opportunity
* Provide personal care and hygiene to residents
* Assist with daily living tasks such as eating, bathing, and dressing
* Engage with residents through activities and conversation
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of resident care
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
* Commitment to providing high-standard care and service
* Able to work in a team and be supportive of colleagues
* Basic computer skills
* Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
