3 months +
- Bayside Suburbs
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

This role will provide crucial support by assisting the Head of Clinical Services & Head of Service Operations, and broader Operations Support team.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents
- Maintain the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports, as required (including invoice management)
- Prepare, analyse and provide data and reports on performance against contractual requirements and business goals
- Provide support to the Executive Assistant and Operations Support team by keeping up with office supply inventory and office maintenance
- Supporting the Executive Assistant in overflow support tasks
- Picking up a range of administrative tasks for a variety of staff members
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients
- Some Travel between sites
- Sandringham, Prahran, Murrumbeena ,Frankston
- Use of company vehicle provided

**Skills and experience**

Previous experience in a strong administrative role (Administrator, TA etc.)
- A "can do" person who has the right attitude and knows the right questions to ask
- An understanding how to prioritise tasks quickly
- High attention to detail
- Robust MS Office skills - including strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse data quickly

As this position is within the health industry a requirement of 4 covid vaccinations and current flu vaccination is required for this role
