This position is an immediate startto be trained by our current data entry and bookkeeping guru for her leave scheduled for July. Upon her return you will continue to provide assistance however your focus will shift to developing our compliance, staff training and safety checklist online portal.

Our goal is to expand our businesses and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic person to assist our Admin and Bookkeeping manager.
Qualifications & Experience
* Intermediate bookkeeping experience with Xero
* Minimum 2+ years of Xero bookkeeping experience required
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office mainly Outlook, Word and Excel
* Strong time management skills and proven experience in working unsupervised
* Strong computer skills including the ability to quickly learn new software
* Intermediate skills in administration tasks, including cloud-based filing, maintaining licenses and associated documents, filling out forms and keeping directors informed
* Basic ability in Human Resources administration and paperwork
* Prior Human Resources experience is required for this role
* Strong Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Data Entry skills with a knowledge in Profit Track POS an advantage
* Hold a Current drivers license and can obtain a police clearance
* National Police Check clearance must be obtained
Tasks & Responsibilities
* General Administration Duties including management of incoming physical and electronic mail
* Data Entry into Profit Track Point of Sale System
* Managing several Xero Data files including bank reconciliations, entering bills and invoicing
* Monitoring incoming phone calls for the group of businesses
* Assistant in Managing Point of Sale systems within businesses and monitoring integrations to Xero software
* Completing Human Resources onboarding and managing associated Paperwork for the HR Department
* Personally assisting the company directors with day to day activities, including property and business management administrative tasks
