Job Description
The role of Centre Manager is a full-time position at our organisation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
