Role responsibilities
In this role you'll be responsible for:
* Drive and coordinate the design process for wastewater infrastructure projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions are consistent with project brief, budget and program to meet client expectations.
* Develop and manage design schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality outputs within project constraints.
* Monitor and manage design risks, addressing challenges to maintain project progress.
* Communicate design progress, challenges, and solutions to clients and stakeholders effectively.
* Support Fulton Hogan's commitment to delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Ensure the design team has all inputs at the right time to deliver their work.
How you'll connect to the role
* Degree in engineering or related discipline (essential).
* Extensive experience in water infrastructure (Construction or Design), preferably within the water or wastewater industry.
* Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary design and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of the application of Australian design standards, codes, and regulations relevant to wastewater projects.
* Exceptional project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 culture.
