Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support our workshop operations. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring smooth administrative functions, handling financial tasks, and helping maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries (phone, email, and in person)
* Payroll processing, banking, and bookkeeping
* Preparation and maintenance of profit and loss statements
* Respond to emails and manage business correspondence
* Generate and issue customer invoices
* Provide general administrative support to the workshop team
About You
* Substantial experience in payroll, bookkeeping, and general office administration
* Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with computer systems and accounting / bookkeeping software
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure
* Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
