The Role – 360 Recruitment Consultant
This is a true 360 role within a specialist Health division.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment (BD through to placement)
* Develop and grow client partnerships (Government, NGOs, & Private)
* Source, interview and place high-quality healthcare professionals
* Build and maintain your own desk like it's your business
* Generate leads, build pipeline and drive revenue growth
* Negotiate offers and close deals confidently
You will have autonomy + full support and training behind you.
