Responsibilities
* Build strong client partnerships and co‐create innovative, tailored solutions to meet evolving challenges.
* Lead and manage design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines and specifications.
* Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials and reporting.
* Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle.
* Collaborate with Regional Leads and Program Director to report on project progress and milestones.
* Occasional travel within Queensland to various project sites as needs arise.
Qualifications and Experience
* Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
* 4–8 years' experience in a project management role.
* Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities.
* Strong documentation, report writing and presentation skills.
* Ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs).
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset.
* A relevant tertiary qualification or experience.
