Job Description
As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead the development of annual asset budgets and drive financial performance to meet targets. Your responsibilities will include managing centre profit and loss reports, conducting timely financial risk assessments, and overseeing daily banking and reconciliations.
* Lead the creation of annual asset budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic objectives.
* Manage and analyse centre profit and loss reports, including monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments.
* Conduct regular financial risk and opportunity assessments, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Support the Centre Manager with administrative functions, retailer relations, and maintaining retailer standards.
* Perform bi-monthly budget forecasting to ensure financial agility and adaptability.
