About The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Community and Stakeholder Advisor to join ABK Joint Venture (ABK JV). The ABK JV is a partnership between Abergeldie, BMD and KBR delivering major water infrastructure upgrades for South East Water across Melbourne's southeast over the next ten years. This full‐time, site‐based role in Dingley Village offers hands‐on experience in community and stakeholder engagement, working closely with project and management teams. Key responsibilities include preparing community notifications, responding to enquiries, coordinating project communications and acting as a friendly, professional point of contact for residents and stakeholders on site.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, marketing, community engagement or a related discipline (highly regarded but not required).
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of end‐to‐end communications on delegated projects.
* Experience assisting with internal communications and events.
* Collaborative working across Stakeholder Engagement, Project and Management Teams, and the client.
* Familiarity with stakeholder engagement frameworks such as IAP2.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
