Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to oversee the delivery and service of food and catering across our school community.
This role is responsible for the making, serving, and replenishing of food operations in the school, including the cafe, canteen, and vending machines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day food services, including safe handling of food, appropriate food preparation knowledge and experience, restocking supplies, and balancing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery and service of food and catering across the school
* Making, serving, and replenishing of food operations in the school
* Food preparation for both the canteen and cafe, as well as catering requirements for the community
* Providing the service of meals and snacks, preparing menus, and processing payments using the point-of-sale system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in managing day-to-day food services
* Safe handling of food and food preparation knowledge
* Restocking supplies and balancing budgets
* Preparing menus and meals that meet customer feedback and preferences
* Coffee making/barista skills or willingness to learn
* Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (highly desirable)
