What You'll Own: Creative Partnership & Campaign Concepting
* Be the Regional Marketing Leads' primary creative sounding board — developing campaign concepts and pressure-testing ideas before briefs are written
* Bring a distinct consumer and cultural lens to every initiative, bridging audience insight and business goals into compelling creative territory
Messaging Frameworks & Copywriting
* Co-develop and implement messaging architecture for Western market campaigns — from campaign-level copy hierarchies to channel-specific execution
* Oversee and write all consumer-facing copy: paid social, display, email, landing pages, OOH, influencer briefs, and campaign headlines
* Develop CTAs and performance copy that balance brand voice with conversion intent, and iterate based on results
Art Direction & Visual Creative
* Art direct campaign visual systems within Klook's global brand guidelines, adapting them to speak authentically to Western audiences
* Lead creative direction across always-on performance campaigns, seasonal activations, and bigger regional brand moments
* Partner with external production partners and vendors to deliver high-quality creative on brief and on schedule
Creative Quality Control & Decision Authority
* Serve as the final creative eye for the Western markets — reviewing junior creative output and providing clear, decisive direction on what works and what doesn't
* Give marketing leadership a confident, well-reasoned point of view when it's time to choose — replacing debate with direction
* Establish and hold a clear creative bar for the region so the team always knows what \"good\" looks like
* Build review habits and feedback processes that raise the quality floor over time, not just on individual projects
Team & Process
* Lead an in-house creative studio, comprised of a studio manager, graphic designers, and motion graphic artists
* Be responsible for QA and QC of design, copy, and video assets produced by the team
* Build scalable creative systems: asset libraries, templates, and production workflows
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Social, Brand, and Partnerships for creative cohesion across channels

* Shape the creative voice of a global travel brand across Western Markets
* Support new market launches with a consistent visual direction
* Build and mentor a growing creative team
* Experiment with AI-driven creative production workflows
* Work on campaigns that reach and inspire millions of travelers worldwide
* Push Klook's brand in the Western Markets to be more distinctive, bold, and culturally relevant
What We're Looking For:
* 7–10 years spanning copywriting and art direction — agency and/or in-house consumer brand experience strongly preferred
* A portfolio demonstrating genuine range: copy craft and visual direction across both performance and brand campaigns
* A strong, confident creative POV — you can look at three options and tell people clearly which one and why
* Experience developing messaging frameworks and campaign concepts from scratch, not just executing against them
* Proven ability to mentor junior creatives and give actionable, growth-oriented feedback
* Cultural fluency with Western consumers, particularly in travel, lifestyle, or consumer tech
* Comfort as a true peer to senior marketing leadership — you push back constructively and earn trust through taste and judgment
* Experience working within global brand systems while maintaining meaningful regional creative latitude
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion/video experience is a plus
* Travel, e-commerce, or marketplace background is a plus — but creative instinct matters more
* Experience incorporating AI into creative workflows to increase efficiencies (design, video, etc.)

* Practical use of AI –clear examples or case studies showing how you leveraged AI to elevate the creative output
