Surgical Nursing Opportunities
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Surgical department in various roles, in a fulltime or part-time capacity.

As a Registered Nurse in our Surgical department, you will be responsible for providing safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients across a range of surgical specialties, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Neurosurgery, Gynaecology and Plastics.
You will work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through ongoing education and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to patients across a range of surgical specialties.
* Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient care.
* Provide education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs.
* Led successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' Registered Nursing experience in an acute surgical environment.
* Police Check.
* Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
* Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA.
* Post Graduate Certificate or working towards in relevant speciality (Desirable).
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
