About This Role
You will play a pivotal part in driving visual identity across diverse channels.
* Leading creative projects from concept to implementation across print, digital, and social platforms
* Supporting and mentoring designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance
* Managing workflow, deadlines, and priorities across multiple concurrent projects
* Collaborating with marketing professionals to develop impactful campaign concepts
* Designing high-quality collateral including event branding, activations, signage, merchandise, and digital assets
* Overseeing photoshoots, image retouching, and campaign rollout
You will work on a wide range of projects from leadership initiatives, charity events, and community outreach programs to high-impact marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Requirements:
