In partnership with the Board, the Chief Executive Officer leads 3rd Space driving strategic, operational, and financial accountability to achieve the organisation's mission of supporting people experiencing homelessness.

Direct strategic, operational, and financial planning, reporting to the Board to ensure sustainability and accountability.
Collaborate proactively with the Board, embracing feedback and guidance to drive business improvement and personal growth.

Ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
