Roseworthy School - Administration Officer (Fixed Term, Part-Time)
Location: Trinity College Roseworthy – Regent Way, Roseworthy
Reports to: Office Manager who reports to the school Principal
Schedule: 2 days per week during the 40-week school term, 6-month contract.
North School - Administration Officer (Permanent, Part-Time)
Location: Trinity College North – Alexander Ave, Evanston South
Reports to: Office Manager who reports to the school Principal
Schedule: 4 days per week during the 40-week school term.
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail, warm personality, and organisational skills can shine? Trinity College is on the lookout for two professional, passionate, and proactive Administration Officers to become the friendly faces and backbone of two of our dynamic School Offices – at Trinity College Roseworthy (a Reception to Year 5 school established in 2024, which will eventually accommodate students to Year 10), and Trinity College North (a Reception to Year 10 school established in 1993).
About the Role
We're looking for someone who brings not just skills, but heart, initiative, and a sense of ownership to everything they do. This is more than just an admin role – it's your chance to be part of a vibrant school community where every day is different. As an Administration Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors. You'll provide exceptional service with a smile, help keep operations running smoothly and be ready to lend a hand when it counts – including basic first aid support for students.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality admin support across a range of tasks
* Managing reception and creating a welcoming environment
* Using Microsoft Office and internal systems efficiently
* Assisting students and administering basic first aid when needed
* Coordinating priorities and staying calm under pressure
* Representing Trinity College with professionalism and care
You’ll Need to Have
* Proven admin and customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and office tech
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management and attention to detail
* A current Working with Children Check
* Provide First Aid & RRHAN-EC accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
Bonus Points For
* Certificate III in Business Services (or similar)
* Knowledge of child safety and wellbeing standards
* Experience in a school or education environment
