The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and passionate teacher for Media Arts and Photography, with flexibility to deliver a variety of offerings across the Arts learning area. You will shape creative curriculum pathways that offer students relevant and engaging learning experiences from Year 7‐12. The capacity to deliver certificate qualifications is highly valued. As an Arts teacher, you will deliver a differentiated curriculum that promotes the achievement of all students to reach their potential.
The successful applicant will ideally be team‐oriented, display excellent interpersonal skills and be able to foster positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including students, staff and families. You should engage in reflective practice and show commitment to whole‐school pedagogical approaches. Effective classroom management, the ability to differentiate curriculum to cater for individual student needs and promote an environment of active and positive learning are also a strong focus for the position.

Eligibility
* Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
