The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic while supporting strategic growth, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager - WA, you will play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and continues to deliver outstanding healthcare services.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth daily operations of the practice
* Coordinate and liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals
* Lead, mentor, and manage administration and nursing staff
* Monitor accounts, budgets, finance management, and IT systems
* Deliver exceptional patient service and communication
* Drive business development with a focus on Occupational Health services
* Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar Practice Manager role
* Previous experience within General Practice or Occupational Health (highly regarded)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* A strong commitment to customer service
* Good computer and administrative skills
* Experience using medical software (desirable but not essential)
* Current CPR Certificate
