Responsibilities
* Conduct property inspections and collect data for residential valuation projects.
* Research market information and prepare property sales data in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
* Prepare detailed valuation reports, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
* Utilise Opteon's proprietary property software and systems to maximize reporting data capture and minimise field time.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
* Registered Property Valuer (RPV) or Certified Property Valuer (CPV) status.
* Highly developed valuation skills with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent report writing and analytical abilities.
* Outstanding communication and business development skills.
* Strong client focus and commitment to personal and professional development.
* Team player with the ability to work harmoniously in a collaborative environment.
